Do you want to experience the adrenaline of the races? Do you like horse racing?

Discover what it's like to experience racing at the emblematic Hipódromo de la Zarzuela in Madrid.

The Hipódromo de la Zarzuela

The Hipódromo de la Zarzuela is a historic racecourse inaugurated in 1941 and owned by the state. The beauty and spaciousness of the facilities make it a monument, and one of its most unique elements are the grandstands, which were considered a "Historic Artistic Monument" in 1980, being an architectural landmark of Madrid's rationalism.

If you go to the racecourse, you can enjoy a good day's racing and a visit to a monument of Spanish Madrid rationalism.

The Hipódromo de la Zarzuela has a privileged location 8km from the city of Madrid and has a capacity for 6,000 spectators and 800 horses to enjoy the most spectacular races.
