From Monday to Sunday enjoy our signature cocktails by Daniel Cruz, paired to perfection with an exclusive selection of tapas by Ramón Freixa: salty sobrassada muffin, gildas macerated in vermouth and the ensaladilla toast with crunchy violet. The perfect balance between tradition and the avant-garde.
It opens its doors to the local public from 12pm to midnight.
